Documentation Audit
The Allcroft Group offers the services of a Clinical Documentation
Improvement (CDI) Team. The team will present the audit process and
purpose to your staff physicians. The presentation will consist of
initial and ongoing physician education, coding staff education and an
understanding of the coding process as it affects accounts receivable and
consequently, patient service. The end result of the education process is
improved teamwork between your medical staff and coders, case management and
