Nancy Allcroft
Nancy
Allcroft has over 20 years of experience in healthcare settings. She earned a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia University in New York and a
Masters in Administration, Finance & Accounting from the University of
California, Davis. She has worked at Coopers & Lybrand in their audit and
consulting practice performing healthcare operations reviews, revenue
enhancement and financial audits. Ms. Allcroft served as a Business Manager at
Stanford University's Department of Cardio thoracic Surgery and has also held
positions in operations and reimbursement at Wayne State University. The focus
of Ms. Allcroft’s work has been process improvement and redesign to enhance
practice performance.

Allen D. Dumont
Allen D. Dumont, MD graduated from the University of Michigan School of Medicine
in 1966 and finished a Pediatric Residency at that institution in 1971. He is
Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and has continued at the
University as a clinical instructor while his private practice has blossomed.
Dr. Dumont has strong business acumen and for that reason, he has been sought
as a member and leader of hospital and healthcare related governing bodies and
committees. He holds the positions of President of Allied Primary Care and
President of the United Pediatric Society. He has consulted to various
healthcare business entities and provides an invaluable physician perspective
to the Allcroft Group.

Susan A. Erickson
Susan A. Erickson, MA began a clinical career in 1978 and soon became active in
state healthcare organizations. In the 1980's, Ms. Erickson held simultaneous
posts at the Michigan Hospital Association - Director of Michigan Council on
Graduate Medical Education and Manager of Professional Affairs. Her career path
demonstrates her ability in the area of physician management. Ms. Erickson has
held administrative positions in healthcare systems since 1984, progressing
from management positions in ambulatory care planning, to senior management
positions pertaining to professional services and physician practices. Ms.
Erickson was recently sought after by a hospital in Southeast Michigan, where
she heads the hospital operations as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer. Her expertise is of great benefit to the Allcroft Group.

Donald G. Parker
Donald G. Parker had a lifetime career at Union Carbide Corporation, where he
reached the nationwide Director of Sales position and was responsible for the
high visibility of household products such as Glad, Eveready and others. He
also performed as the highly respected Director of Trade Relations for Home
Products and enhanced the distribution of Carbide products nationally. He
retired from Union Carbide in 1986 after 37 years, but continued as marketing
and sales consultant for several firms on the East Coast, including First
Brands Corporation, in Danbury Connecticut. The fact that he has served many
terms on nonprofit community Boards and has had a highly successful sales and
marketing career makes Mr. Parker an invaluable asset to the Allcroft Group.

William Van Treuren
William Van Treuren has had a long tenure in senior management positions. His
career began at Essex Chemical Corp., where he was promoted several times prior
to assuming the position of Corporate Vice President in charge of Labor
Relations, Purchasing and Transportation. In this capacity he served for over
10 years. Mr. Van Treuren is currently Chairman and Co-owner of Quadrel
Brothers, a medium-sized organization with approximately 50 employees,
providing contract carrier service and vehicle renting and leasing services in
the Northeast. Mr. Van Treuren has considerable labor relations and personnel
management experience. His depth and breadth of business experience contribute
greatly to the Allcroft Group.
